Grief strikes Maniratnam's family

Mani Ratnam suffered a huge personal loss today when his younger brother Srinivasan (42) passed away. Srinivasan who is one of the partners in Madras talkies suffered a sudden heart attack while he was engaged in skating in Kulu Manali.

Mani Ratnam is currently in Spain and is expected to arrive in Chennai soon. The body of Srinivasan will be brought to Chennai by Tuesday. We deeply mourn the loss suffered by the family.
