Mammootty in trouble?

Mollywood mega star Mammotty is known to speak up his mind in various congregations. Recently he was invited to speak at the DYFI conference where he was supposed to have voiced his opinions vociferously against the communal riots that had taken place in Gujarat. This has led to police protection being extended to the actor and also his house at Ernakulam.

Currently he is stationed at Cannanore shooting for his film Pazhasi Raja. He is reported to be staying in a hotel and the film crew in an adjacent one. Meanwhile some unknown miscreants have reportedly bashed up and damaged the film crew’s vehicle and expensive filming gadgets shouting slogans against the star. When the film crew tried to nab them, the unidentified men ran away. A case has been registered by the Cannanore Police who is currently investigating the same.
