Will Kalloori outshine Kadhal?

Though Kadhal smashed all the box office records without having to rely on established names, Balaji Sakthivel was under a self-imposed hibernation about his next movie. He turned down the umpteen offers to keep a vow. That his next movie would also be for Shankar’s banner S pictures.

After a year or so waiting for Shankar’s commitments to end, Balaji is back in the scene with his next venture Kalloori, produced by S pictures. Tamanna plays the lead while a debutant is cast alongside her. The movie is said to be of nostalgic in nature for the storyline narrates the experiences of alumnus of a college in Coimbatore when they meet after 25 years since their education in 1978.
