Vinay has emerged as the latest heartthrob
in Kollywood, with his first movie Unnale
Unnale being declared a big hit. This handsome
Rugby player took Kollywood by storm and has
been getting offers from many leading production
houses including Maniratnam's Madras Talkies.

There is a scene in Unnale Unnale where Vinay plays Rugby;
little did we know that Vinay is a real life national-level
rugby player. He has participated in many international
competitions representing India and won many prizes.
He took up modeling and was picked by Jeeva for this movie.
Jeeva has put Vinay's sports skill to good use as it was
very useful in developing his character. With Vinay having
huge fan following and the hero's expertise in sports,
movies on sports genre can be explored in Kollywood.
Another interesting trivia on Vinay is that, he featured
in a Fair and Lovely ad opposite none other than Shriya,
the heroine of the soon to be released Rajinikanth-starrer
Sivaji.
