When
Vivek was signed up for the lead role in
‘Solli Adippaen’, there was
a lot of expectations from his fans for
a laugh riot, but the movie has taken a
lot of time in coming. But the movie of
his rival Vadivelu’s ‘Imsai
Arasan’ was announced much much later,
and now it is almost ready for release.
Both of them are keeping their fingers crossed,
but Vivek has put much higher stakes on
the movie.
Vadivelu, by all his accounts, is not likely
to opt for a hero’s role in future
even his movie succeeds, but Vivek is clear
in his mind.
“If ‘Solli Adippaen’ does
well, then I may do more roles as a hero,”
said Vivek, who is presently holidayins
in Ooty along with his family to make full
use of the summer vacation of his kids.
Prudent man that he is, he has asked his
producers to postpone the release of the
movie so that it does not clash with Shankar-Vadivelu’s
high profile ‘Imsai Arasan.’ |
