the duo's script for an English movie! |

They are a popular duo in Tamil industry
credited with coming up with realistic
stories both on the big and small
screens. Remember the thriller Visil
with Shireen, Gayathri Raghuraman
and Vikramaditya? Well, JD and Jerry
are currently busy with Sivaji. Yet
they have found the time to polish
on one of their scripts. This has
been picked up by a Singapore-based
production company to be made into
an English film. The lead actors and
actresses would be from Malaysia,
Singapore and China. |

Talking about the assignment, Jerry said,
”We live in a globalized world. The
issues faced by youth are universal. We
have attempted to bring a new perspective
on the problems of the youth and how to
tackle them. Since the producers found the
story appealing to the Singapore youth,
they chose the story. We would soon be involved
in some more crossover films”. |
