Guess what? Navya Nair, the heroine
of Cheran’s Maayakk Kannadi,
is simply floored by the director.
“Who said Cheran is a difficult
guy to work with? He is the same person
that I saw on the day of Puja for
the film—simple and straightforward,”
she says of the man she adores. Navya
has already acted with Cheran in Aadum
Koothu but then, there she had seen
Cheran only as an actor. This time
around, in Maayak Kannadi, she is
seeing him as a director. |
