Rakesh
Roshan, Hrithik Roshan’s daddy, is
preparing for yet another hit of Kahoo Naa
Pyaar type and there is a lot of expectations
brewing in Hrithik’s fan groups. |
|
|
Titled
Krrish, the film is expected to hit
the screens this June. However, there
are some hurdles to be cleared first.
Prakash Jaju, Priyanka Chopra’s
ex-secretary has sought to stop the
film’s release. He claims that
Priyanka Chopra, the lead lady of
Krrish has not cleared his dues. "It
is a needless controversy, and I shouldn't
be reacting," says the actor
who is standing firmly behind Chopra.
"Jaju has been an irritant in
Priyanka's life. The sooner she's
free of him, the better," Hrithik
says.

For
Hrithik, this film ought to be a hit. Otherwise,
he would remain a one-film-wonder. Rakesh
Roshan is sure that this film would bring
the star’s commercial sheen back to
where he started. With a bang! |
Producer-cum-director Rakesh Roshan
says that the film has many firsts
to its credit. The whole song, both
video and audio, can be downloaded
directly to your Hutch phone. It is
also the first Hindi movie to be simultaneously
dubbed in Tamil, Telugu and English.
Tony Ching Siu-Tung, the man behind
breathtaking action scenes of crossover
hits such as Shaolin Soccer and The
House of Flying Dragons, is directing
the stunts of Krrish.

Senior
Roshan is confident that the movie would
turn out to be a mega hit. If it does, it
would prove that Bollywood has come of age
in science fiction. |

Krrish
is a kind of Superman of Indian genre.
Hrithik is endowed with superpowers
by beings from outer space and the
story follows his adventures as well
his love with Priyanka. Nasseruddin
Shah plays the bad guy.
“The story is splendid. We have
not seen the role that Hrithik played
even in Hollywood films. He has performed
most of the stunts himself. Everyone
in the production unit has gone that
extra bit to make this a big film,”
says Rakesh Roshan, brimming with
confidence and energy. |

|
Music is scored by Rakesh’s brother,
Rajesh Roshan. “The music is different.
It goes against today’s trend but
then, that is the specialty. You will like
it,” says Rajesh Roshan.
Set to release worldwide this June, the
movie has already started making news.
The audio-cassette of the Tamil version
was launched by the Roshans today at Hotel
Raddisson at Meenambakkam in Chennai. The
huge cheering crowd of fans and the media
was simply unstoppable. Rakesh Roshan said
he was simply amazed by the reception he
got from Chennai public. He hoped that the
film would fulfill the expectations of Hrithik’s
fans |
