Sneha, Namitha & Malavika - and the ego issue

Selva, director of Naan Avan Illai, is a happy man today. It is a known fact in Kollywood that there would be ego issues involved when two well-established heroines act in a movie. With five heroines in the same movie, speculations were rife that this was bound to happen.

At a press meet held recently in Chennai, director Selva was asked whether there were any such ego issues involved between the five heroines Sneha, Namitha, Keerthi Chawla, Jyothirmayi and Malavika. According to Director Selva, he did not come across such a situation, as all the heroines were given equal importance. He even added that all five were very systematic and professional in their approach.
Hmm.... Selva, no doubt deserves a real Hi-Five!
When a this correspondent probed Malavika about the photos published in a leading Tamil daily of her holding a wine glass in her wedding party, pat came the reply that the party was meant only for close family and friends. Woo!! This lady sure does not want to be intruded upon.
