which emphasizes the presence of specific number of musicians during the background score and recording of songs.
But remuneration for some of the music directors is being paid as complete 'package'. Hence they complete the entire recording of the songs using keyboard without using the services of any musicians, reaping in a lot of moolah for themselves. The musician's council has recently taken action against music directors Dheena, Vijay Antony and Bharatwaj as they have not stuck to the norms of employing people and have resorted to the use of keyboard alone. The council has also condemned them for this and has stated that no cooperation will be extended to these music directors in future from the council.
