The unusual storyline and the atypical stills of the latest Madhavan starrer Evano Oruvan have aroused interests in the industry tremendously. This film is a remake of the Marathi film by name Dombivali express, whose dialogues have been penned by Maddy himself for the first time.
While talking about this film the chocolate boy reveals, "Evano Oruvan is based on incidents that happen on one particular day in the life of an ordinary man who has been raised with good values and morals right from his childhood. The reactions of such a man when he encounters the evil facade of the society form the central theme of the movie. Evano Oruvan is bound to be a special movie for me".
Maddy also avers that this film will be parallel to his earlier movies like Ayuda Ezhuthu, Anbe Sivam and Kannathil Muthamittal where his performance was talked about. He adds that he spoke the lines of Director Seeman in Thambi while it was the reversal of role for the latter in Evano Oruvan where Seeman spoke Maddy's dialogues.
