the doors increasingly from projects these days. Initially, she was shown thumbs down from the Jeyam Ravi starrer Dham Dhoom for reasons unknown. Then came the announcement of Atta with Siddharth in Telugu. However, blaming unsatisfactory results of photo sessions, she was shown doors right after.
There, as it seems, is no end to her anguish. News has it that she is also out of the only project that she had in hand. She was roped in for the Telugu 'Don' opposite Nagarjuna, directed by Lawrence. After shooting a few scenes, it was decided that she would not suit the role. Result? Anushka replaces Mamta for Don now. Miserly loves company, eh?
