Malayala mega star Mammooty is reported to have signed on the dotted line for an upcoming Tamil film. Though opportunities were aplenty for this versatile actor in Tamil films, he had taken a long Sabbath from Kollywood. His last film did not do too well in box office.
Eventually he started concentrating on Malayalam films where he continues to reign supreme. But Kollywood has been continuously approaching him with different offers. But he had decided to focus in God's own land.
But a good script from Karthik, assistant of Mani Rathnam, has changed his decision and Tamil audience would once again be watching this brilliant actor in Kollywood. This unnamed film is being produced by Henry for Pankaj films and cinematographed by Rajesh Yadav.
