Complaint against Theatre owner for breaking the agreement

Producer of the movie "Agaram" Ilayaraja and the owner of Udhayam theatres (in Ashok Nagar, in Chennai) had agreed on the agreement of screening the movie "Agaram" for two weeks from March 9th three shows everyday for which rupees 1 lakh was given to the owner.
But Udhayam theatre is now screening only one show of "Agaram" and "Thirumaghan" is being screened for three shows.
Upset with this, Ilayaraja has called on the police commissioner Lathika Charan and has registered a complaint and requested her to solve this breach of agreement. Lathika Charan seems to be having handful of complaints from Kollywood circles.
