He has done a blind man, an inmate of a mental asylum, a split personality, and not to mention the run-of-the-mill hero roles onscreen. But now Vikram has his eyes set for a meaty villain role. He expressed his desire to do a role with negative shades - more than what Anniyan was - in an interview to a tabloid recently.

"If there is enough scope I am even willing to play a villain role in one of the movies of our lead heroes", Vikram was quoted as saying. Remember the earlier rumors about Vikram playing a role with negative shades for a Selvaraghavan movie. Sadly, the rumors sank without a trace leaving Vikram in the lurch.
Meanwhile, Trisha, too, stated that she would not mind doing a character with loads of negative hues similar to that of Padayappa' Neelambari. "I have always wanted to do a role similar to that of Kajol's in Gupt and Ramya's in Padayappa", Trisha chimed. In which case, Tamil cinema will have the gorgeous female desperado onscreen. Anyone listening?
Or we wonder if any knowledge transfer happened during her association with Vikram on the sets of Bheema?
