The call sheet that was allotted to Bheemaa by Cheeyan Vikram was getting expired by the last week of February. Apparently he has extended it for some more time as some fine tuning in the form of four songs and few dialogue sequences have to be carried out.

After the canning of the dialogue sequences, the crew is off to shoot a song each in Madurai Thirumalai Nayakkar Mahal and Tuticorin ship yard. In Tuticorin, the crew has planned to film a dance sequence in various sections of a ship in a totally different and novel fashion. Then the crew will be shifting venue to the beautiful Thirumalai Nayakkar Mahal in Madurai which is the favorite haunt out of most of Mani Ratnam's films.
Nayakkar Mahal with its attractive pillars appears majestic under the arc lights. The remaining two songs are scheduled to be shot in Australia. The completion of the songs marks the completion of the film sans its post production work. By conservative estimate, Bheemaa is expected to be completed by April. Meanwhile Vikram's plan to bring down his weight for Kandasamy has been postponed for a while till Bheemaa gets completed.
