numbers in Bollywood. How does she keep herself
so trim? Is she on diet? “Not at all,”
she smiles and says, “I do yoga, I also
dance and exercise. And then, I practice Taekwondo,
a form of martial arts. I eat both veg and non-veg
but then I know where to stop. “I do weights
thrice in a week. I visit gym two to four times
in a week. I believe yoga has tremendous power
that helps you a lot.”
