For his movie Solla Marandha Kadhai, Director Thangar Bachhan cast Cheran in the lead role. The hero picked up from there and went on to give hits like Autograph and Thavamaai Thavamirundu. As a return gesture, Cheran is playing a guest role in Bachhan’s forthcoming flick Palli Koodam. Bachhan is also making an effort to cast Lingusamy as hero in his next flick. Bachhan says Lingusamy has the looks of a hero. However, Lingusamy is yet to give his consent. He is busy with the Vikram starrer Bheema. Will he turn a hero after that? You bet.
