Cheran used to praise Rajkiran for his performance
in Thavamai Thavamirundu. He went overboard
and said that Chiyan is not a better actor as
compared to Rajkiran. Now Cheran is busy in
Maaya Kannadi shoot. Yesterday an he received
an anonymous call. It said, “Rajkiran
has acted better in Thavamai than you did in
Autograph. So, give the state government award
to him. That is the right thing. You shouldn’t
keep that with you. Otherwise you will be murdered.”
Shocked Cheran has complained to the police.
When police investigated it with the help of
telephones dept. they found that the particular
call has come from a pco booth in Virudunagar
in south Tamilnadu. Police are investigating.
