was reportedly paid a whopping 20 lakhs for the film Balaram
Vs Taradas where she was paired with Malayala mega star
Mammooty.
Now following Katrina is the national award winner Meera
Jasmine who is said to have been paid 15 lakhs for Kolkata
News where Dileep will be her co-star. When reasons for
this were probed, a Malayalam producer said, “As
Meera’s earlier films like Rasathantram, Vinoda
Yatra and Achuvande Veedu recorded success, her rates
may have gone up”. However Meera charges 25-35 lakhs
