Azhagiya Tamil Magan stalled

Azhagiya Tamil Magan the upcoming Vijay extravaganza is getting ready amidst huge expectations. But bad news is in store for all Vijay fans and A.T.M crew. Muhammad Farook, a small time producer has applied for a stay order against this Vijay starrer.

This has indeed come as a big shock to the Kollywood industry as A.T.M. was amongst the most anticipated movie of the year. It is said that Muhammad Farook was narrated a story by a wannabe director Prem Nawaz which is about a person who has a gift of predicting the future. The producer impressed with the storyline recounted it to Vijay and his father Chandrasekar.

This theme is supposedly being used by Vijay for A.T.M but with a different producer, Appachan. Subsequently Muhammad Farook has gone ahead and complained in the producer’s council about this incident. The matter appeared to be sorted out when Appachan agreed to give five lakhs as compensation to Farook and gave one lakh as advance. Now the issue seems to have been brought out with Farook not receiving his remaining money till date as per the initial agreement which resulted in him seeking the intervention of judiciary in this matter. The high court which looked into the case has issued a four weeks notice for the producer Appachan and has issued a stay order against filming A.T.M. Hope all the problems are sorted out soon.
