Rajini visits Kamal's white house |

Kollywood is buzzing with news about the replica
of the White House which has been erected
for Dasavatharam. This Rs. 40-lakh set, which
is exactly like that of the White House lawns,
with the building at the backdrop, has been
erected for a five-minute scene in which Kamal
appears as the President George Bush.

The scene that was filmed yesterday was at these lawns
in which “President” Kamal pins up a medal
on the “Police” Kamal. In this particular
scene, eight of the ten Kamal characters will make an
appearance.
When news reached Rajini that a White House set has been
put up for Dasavatharam at the Film City he couldn’t
contain its excitement and wished to see it himself. On
seeing the sets, the awestruck superstar congratulated
Kamal and exchanged pleasantries close to half an hour.
Even the Consul-General of the U.S Consulate, David Hooper,
visited the sets. |
