Despite Vishal’s accident, Malaikottai
is progressing very well. Recently, the intro
song of Vishal was filmed at the Kumbakonam
Mahamagam temple tank with the glamorous Priyamani.
Kannada hero, Devaraj, has been introduced
as the villain.

Under the stewardship of Kanal Kannan, fight sequences
were filmed at different places including Trichy Central
Bus Stand, Srirangam Rajagopuram, High Court, Kollidam
Irumbu Palam, Thiruvaiyaru Court, Cauvery Palam among
others. For the climax fight scene five cranes were hired
from a Hyderabad-based company in which cameras were fitted
to film the sequence. Apart from the fiery stunts, the
director, G. Bhoopathy Pandian, also promises fervid dialogues
between the hero and the villain. The director added that
all the characters in the movie would live in the minds
of the viewers for a long time, especially that of Ashish
Vidyarthi and Oorvasi. |
