Director Thangar Bachchan, known for his inflexible
outlooks and convictions, is showing signs
of mellowing down these days. He recently
surprised Kollywood circles by agreeing to
change the title of his upcoming film ‘9
roobai nottu’ which is based on a novel
written by him.
It has been reported that his friends and well-wishers
felt the name of the film sounds very much like an award-winning
film’s title. Thangar too must have given this aspect
a deep thought and finally changed the title of the film
to Madhavan. The title role, Madhavan Padayachi, is to
be played by Sathyaraj.
