It
looks like for the first time in his career,
Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan is facing
reverses and rejection. No, he is not rejected
by the moviegoers but by the movie makers |
|
|
First
it was Ram Gopal Varma who ditched
the King Khan to bring in Abishek
into his movies. Was the Big B behind
this? Insiders say that Abishek was
plugging in where Shah Rukh was supposed
to be. The biggest blow came recently
when Yash Raj Productions for whom
Shah Rukh Khan was a kind of in-house
artiste decided to dump Khan. And
guess who should fill his place? Abishek!
The company has also negotiated with
the Deols whom they had earlier estranged
by soft pedalling Sunny Deol’s
role in the Shah Rukh Khan’s
blockbuster Darr. |

|
What
is strange is Abishek finding place in roles
that Shah Rukh Khan was supposed to do?
Insiders wonder whether there were no machinations
of the Big B behind this pattern.
