for Vel; Hari’s opinion differs from
Surya and the producer

Though
Surya’s next venture Varanam
Ayiram directed by Gautam Menon is
yet to kick off, he has other fish
to fry too. He has nodded his consent
for Hari who has just wrapped up his
Thamiraparani with Vishal. The flick,
titled Vel will commence after Surya’s
commitment with Varanam Ayiram is
over.
It is learnt that the heroine selection of Vel
is the hot topic on the table. While Surya and
the producer have expressed their desire to cast
either Shreya or Asin in the lead, Hari begged
to differ in his opinion. Hari, as is habitual
for his movies is determined to discover a newcomer.
Hari has introduced Nayan with his Ayya and is
unveiling Bhanu with his Thamiraparani. Shreya
and Asin stand a chance only if he could not find
a better face for Vel. Well, keep your fingers
crossed ladies.
