Malavika's wedding plans

The sultry Malavika is all busy these days making plans for her wedding. However, she did manage to rub shoulders with the press in the midst of her busy schedule. In a press meet she called yesterday, she opened up about her wedding and post-wedding plans.

Since I had a few projects in hand we had no time to conduct my engagement a grand one, she started off apologizing. It wasn't love at first sight though; Sumesh and me met at a party and carried on with the friendship and love came only later, she chimed. My wedding is scheduled on March 7 in Bangalore followed by reception in the evening. I am flying to Europe for honeymoon after that, she stated gleefully.
She doesn't have plans to say goodbye to her film career though after wedding. I will continue to act but only in lead roles. My wedding will not affect my career; she clarified.
