Glam doll Namitha has completed her first English film 'Maya'. There were talks in the industry about distribution issues of this film. But according to Namitha they have been sorted out and the film is ready for release now. She is extremely happy and satisfied with the way Maya has shaped up.
The film is said to be spun around Namitha's character. The producer of the film opines that Maya is sure to earn a good name in the international film arena. Efforts are underway to screen this film in major film festivals. Marketing of the film has been planned on a grand scale. These are the reasons for Maya to hit the screen late.
Currently Namitha's kitty is full with plum assignments. She has commenced her schedule with Vijay in "Azhagiya Thamizh Magan". "Naan Avanillai" with Jeevan and a Kannada film marks her calendar for this year. Meanwhile she has been listening to a couple of scripts in Tamil. While talking on her experience of working with Vijay, she appears exultant and says that Vijay was very friendly and put her to ease during shots.
