However, Grihalakshmi was keen on obtaining divorce
from the actor and the court later advised counseling
sessions for the couple. Following which, Grihalakshmi
expressed her desire in a petition to celebrate
the Pongal festival in her in-law’s household
with her husband.
The petition was, however, taken into consideration
only after Pongal season and apparently was rejected.
Under these circumstances, the couple appeared
in the court for the hearing of the case yesterday.
The couple underwent a private counseling session
with the judge during the hearing later which
the court decided to postpone the hearing to March
15.
Speaking to newspersons, Prashanth expressed his
desire to live with his life. ‘Today’s
counseling session was encouraging and I wish
to receive a positive judgment during the next
hearing’, stated Prashanth. |
