The
relationship between director Selvaraghvan
and cinematographer Aravind Krishna
is well known and is more than just
a professional bonding. Aravind has
done the cinematography in all Selva's
movies until now. But the relationship
between the two young stars is coming
to an end after a misunderstanding
in their recent project in Telugu.
The two are currently working in a Telugu movie
Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule which
is nearing its completion. It is speculated that
the reason for the split is the budget of the
movie going over the expected limits. Owing to
this split, Aravind Krishna has pulled out of
the White Elephants production unit started by
the trio Selvaraghvan, Aravind Krishna and Yuvanshankar
Raja. Behindwoods has also learnt that Selva's
next Tamil movie Idhu Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam
will be without Aravind Krishna. It would be interesting
to know who would replace Aravind and it will
be Selva's first movie without his once confidant
Aravind Krishna. Behindwoods hope this split between
the two finest technicians is temporary and would
soon heal for the betterment of Tamil cinema.
