For the children of schools for special children, children who are physically challenged, it was a special event, Handi Park 06, conducted at Rajarathinam stadium. They not only participated in several sports event but also got to see their favourite actress, Namitha. Not that they saw Namitha’s movies and admired her acting skills; they were simply floored by the love and cheer that Namitha spread to them. She came around noon and spent a couple of hours cheering the children, hugging them and playing with them. More than the games, more than the prizes won, it was Namitha that won their hearts that day.
