This director
is now directing a film for Ayngaran Films
with a newcomer as hero, who sources say
is a class XII student, and the hunt for
a familiar face to play the female led is
on.
The film has been titled Angaady Theru meaning
Market Street and is to be extensively shot
in and around Tirunelveli. The director
usually gives importance to the setting
in which the events unfold, in Veyil it
was Virudhunagar, which formed the backdrop
for the story and now he intends to use
Tirunelveli and its environs as the setting
for Angaady Theru. Let’s hope it is
another hard hitting film in the lines of
Veyil. |
