Bhavana, the petite beauty from Kerala,
hasn’t tasted success in Kollywood
after her last hit Deepavali. Bhavana’s
latest outing, Rameswaram, turned out
to be a dampener at the box office.
She has been perceived by audiences
in Kerala and Tamilnadu as a heroine
with the ‘girl next door’
image but with success eluding her she
is all set to break this impression. |

Speaking to our correspondent, Bhavana said that
she now intends to only accept offers that come
with interesting scripts and is willing to break
this homely girl image if it is within her comfort
zone. In her upcoming project, Jeyamkondaan opposite
Vinay, she reveals her role demands glamour and
she has given it in full dose. Bhavana added that
she is working in a Telugu film Ondari opposite
Gopichand, and isn’t doing any films in Malayalam.
Her success with Ondari is expected to decide her
stance on the Telugu film industry. These days,
when heroines are out to make the most of their
market this young belle definitely has her head
on her shoulders. |
