Dharamji even the Big B. In the case of the latter,
it took quite a while to be accepted by the audiences
when he returned after a hiatus, that too after
a string of flops.
Sarika, ex-wife of Kamal Haasan, happens to be
one of the most fortunate few to have done so
with élan, then again her first comeback
film, Sacred Evil, was a flop. But the lady made
up for it with a stunning performance in Parzania
even fetching the National Award for it. The latest
to join the comeback trail is Kamal’s good
friend Gauthami. The actress will be seen in Venkat
Prabhu’s upcoming venture Saroja. Her comeback
attempt as a TV show anchor wasn’t great
for a starter though. Let’s hope this movie
from this young and promising director gives her
the much-needed break and regain her place in
the hearts of the audience.
