Vishal
– the action hero of Tamil cinema
in the making – is currently
busy shooting for his Tamirabarani
directed by Hari. The world knows
that the actor turned assistant director
is fond of action sequences. On the
other hand, he has an aversion too.
He hates enacting steamy love scenes
onscreen. Nope you are mistaken, he
does not have a preference over heroines,
but he is just a shy guy.
Lady
luck smiled at him when he was apprenticing under
director Arjun who discovered his photogenic personality
and advised him to consider acting instead. My
dream was to take a stint of apprenticeship under
director Ram Gopal Varma, which eventually was
about to happen. But, I had to sacrifice my direction
dreams to pursue acting dreams, confessed Vishal.
He tamed success ever since and success waggles
its tail like a pet dog strutting around him.
People advised me not to take Sandaikozhi when
the script was narrated to me. However, I decided
otherwise and the movie was a bumper hit, stated
Vishal.
While I love to perform action scenes, love scenes
are still not a piece of cake for me, he confessed.
However, I am trying to do my best. I was nervous
while dancing with Shreya in Thimiru and expecting
the shoots to be done soon, Vishal confided with
a shy smile. Well, grow up mama’s boy.
