Vishal,
the promising youngster of Tamil cinema,
whose Sivappathikaram could not evoke
more than a lukewarm response in the
theatres is busy these days on the
sets of his next venture Thamiraparani
directed by Hari. The crew is stationed
in the coastal areas of Rameswaram.
His Sivappathikaram did not let him
down in terms of critical acclamation.
Not
many brickbats did he receive for the movie though
the movie is not witnessing upbeat collections.
Not to repeat Sivappathikaram’s mistake,
Vishal seemed to have formed a three-member team
to appraise the scripts that he receives. If the
story exerts a pull on the team, the same will
be forwarded to Vishal for his review. That’s
quite a strategy, what say?
Recently, Vishal paid a visit to the Meenakshi
Amman temple in Madurai along with cinematographer
Priyan. On his way back to Chennai from Rameshwaram,
the actor sought blessings of Amman in Madurai.
