Things cannot get more confusing for
a person. Sanjay Dutt might be wondering
whether his stars are playing a game
of Ping Pong with his fortunes. All
things are happening to him at the
same time. He is passing through what
is arguably the best phase in his
career.
He
is now synonymous with the term ‘Gandhigiri’.
He has nearly Rs. 40 crores of the industry riding
on him; he has never been more wanted in the film
industry.
Ironically he is being wanted at court too. It
might have been a relief for him when the court
declared that he was not a ‘terrorist’.
But he has been convicted under the Arms act and
risks punishment for anywhere between 5 and 10
years. All that depends on the court verdict set
for the 19th of this month.
Heights of irony!
For his memorable performance as Munnabhai in
Lagey Raho Munnabhai he has been nominated for
the ‘Indian of the year’ audience
poll based awards being conducted by a leading
news channel. One can forgive Sanjay for feeling
that he lives in a ‘mad man’s world’.
