The audio release event was attended by Surya,
Sandhya, Selvaraghavan, Karthi, Vivek Oberai,
Radhika, and Satyaraj. Vivek Oberai formally released
the first copy of the music CD by giving it away
to Surya.
However, the highlight of the event remained
Vivek Oberai’s announcement on the Hindi
remake of the Tamil hit 7G Rainbow Colony. Vivek
announced that the movie is being remade into
Hindi for which he plays the lead. The movie would
also mark the entry of Radaan pictures to Bollywood
and Selvaraghavan’s Hindi debut.
This would be the second such Tamil movie this
year - next to Gajini - to be remade into Hindi.
