The sequal tentatively titled Vettayan, is the
follow up to the story. Generally, in Tamil cinema,
such sequels are a rarity and Vasu is said to
have discussed the script with superstar who is
reported to have been very impressed with the
same. Now P.Vasu has decided to do the movie only
if Rajinikanth says yes to the project.
It is a known fact that Kamal Haasan is also
rumored to act in P.Vasu's movie after Dasavatharam.
If everything goes well, Vasu would be ready to
direct the two legends of Tamil cinema.
