This
was not acceptable to Arvind Swamy who made
an appeal in a higher court. The hearing
took place only yesterday and after considerable
delibration, the opinion of the children
was taken into account. As both of them
expressed a desire to be with their father,
the ruling of the lower court was overruled.
However, the court has said that the boy
child needs to be sent to his mother’s
place thrice a week while the daughter needs
to be sent their only once a week.
Such constant courtroom battles should not
be doing much good to Arvind Swamy, with
a divorce petition already pending in court. |
