The recently released Jeevan starrer Naan
Avanillai with five heroines is slowly emerging
as the strong contender for the top spot.
According to trade pundits, the film has had
a decent opening and is making strong inroads
into all the three trade centers viz. A, B
and C. All along Paruthi Veeran was monopolizing
the trade with virtually no one in the race

especially at the B and C centers. But now, Naan Avanillai
has arrived to share the coveted position.
This success is attributed to the breezy and the light
script which has entertained the audience. Each of the
five heroines, Sneha, Namitha, Keerthi Chawla, Jyothirmayee
and Malavika figure in a song sequence with the hero and
this seems to delight the younger crowd. There is no separate
comedy track as such but the film moves on a humorous
note right through. It has also been reported that extra
prints for the film have been ordered. In Chennai city
alone the film is running to packed houses at Abirami,
Albert, Kasi, Mayajal, Devi, Bharat, Rohini and Aradhana.
