roles on screen. But then, they would
not play mother to Ajith, Vijay or
Madhavan. How come these divas have
said ‘yes’ to playing
mother. Well, the trend was set by
Kushboo who had played mother to Sibi
Raj in ‘Vetrivel Veeravel.’
These ladies too were willing to act
mother but there were no takers. They
wanted a heroine’s fee for playing
