Kannada Superstar Rajkumar, passes away following a cardiac arrest. The seventy eight-year old still a matinee idol was ailing for some time. A month back he had been admitted to Wockhardt Hospital when he complained of chest pain. The family was very happy when he was discharged after a few days. Raghavendra Rajkumar, the thespian’s son said: “Father was under a lot of tension.” Rajkumar’s brother Vardaraj, the architect of Rajkumar’s film career had died recently and insiders say that Rajkumar was very much disturbed by that.

Rajkumar’s death is a great loss to the Kannda Film industry and a greater loss to his huge fan groups who aver that they will never see the likes of him again.
