The hallmark of a good art director is to create
sets, that dissolve the thin line between make-believe
and reality. And going by this, Amaran has indeed
been successful. The young art director who
won kudos for his realistic sets on a low budget
in Chittiram Pesuthadi, has now landed an offer
to work in a French film. Amaran who has worked
with National Award winner Sabu Cyril, is excited
to be associated with ‘Gamine’,
directed by leading director Pierre. The period
film with the French occupation in pre-Independence
era as the backdrop, will offer enough scope
for Amaran to do a brilliant job and Pierre
is confident that Amaran will deliver the goods.
Here’s wishing Amaran good luck in his
international assignment.
