Meera Jasmine has filed a court petition in Ernakulamm following a recent row over a commercial advertisement. The bubbly actress who has done a good job in her recent films, ‘Sandakozhi’ and ‘Kasthuri Maan,’ is also seen endorsing several products ranging from sarees to jewellery. She was signed for a commercial advertisement by one of Kerala’s leading jewellers. However, she was aghast that the commercial was repeatedly aired on TV channels long past the contract period, and hence decided to seek justice. The court has now ordered that the commercial be pulled off air until futher notice.
