Although Samantha has done a few Tamil films, it was singer Chinmayi who had dubbed for her in most cases till now. But in Neethane En Ponvasantham directed by Gautham Menon, we hear that Samantha herself is doing the dubbing for her role and it is also the first time that the pretty actress is dubbing for herself.
Meanwhile, the audio launch of Neethane En Ponvasantham has been scheduled for today at the Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai. Maestro Ilayaraja has brought down two international bands- The Hungarian National Philharmonic and the symphony orchestra of Budapest to perform live with him in this grand function. Vasuki Baskar has also posted a picture of Ilayaraja practising with the bands. The function is expected to be a rocker, with a strong star power off-stage and the magician of music on stage.
