Shaam and Poonam Kaur are doing a film directed by VZ Durai who is known for films like Thotti Jaya and Nepali. The film in an innovative gimmick will have a symbol depicting six candles as the title. The director working in collaboration with Shaam conducted a 10 - day workshop. Poonam Kaur was an enthusiastic participant and the rest of the cast and crew also joined in.
This is a common practice in Hollywood but is a rarity in Southern cinema. The director felt it was needed as the script calls for a child artiste and such a workshop will give everyone more confidence because of the intensive preparation. Shaam was in complete agreement and said that they can now shoot even the difficult scenes with ease.
