Manorama, a Guiness record holder and a living legend gave her fans a scare when she was hospitalized for various ailments. Now she is back on her feet and is raring to go. She will be returning to the big screen with Singam 2.
Apparently Suriya and Hari were keen to include all the cast members of the original version for the sequel as well and since Manorama had been seen in the former, they decided to try and get her to return to what she does best. Hari visited her personally in the hospital and persuaded her successfully to make a comeback. Those close to her say that the prospect of facing the cameras again helped her to recover!
