Urumi, directed by ace cinematographer Santosh Sivan, is all set to release in Tamil. Produced by S Thanu, the film will be released on 25th May in 250 theaters across the world. This historical film is about the warriors of Malabar Coast, who wanted to kill Vasco Da Gama.
The film features Arya, Prithviraj, Prabhudeva, Genelia, Nithya Menon, Vidya Balan, Tabu, Jagathy Sreekumar and Alexx O’Nell. Sreekar Prasad has edited the film and Deepak Dev has composed music for it.
