Anuja Iyer, who played a role of a journalist in Unnaipol Oruvan, shares the same birthday as Ajith. Though she says she had a calm birthday celebration this year with her family and friends, she points out her last year’s birthday as a memorable one.
Her uncle goes to the same boat club in Chennai as Ajith. He had a photograph of Ajith rowing, which he took many years ago. Anuja Iyer sent the photo as a gift to the actor through courier on his birthday. She exclaims that she got a call from the actor immediately after he received the photo, thanking her for the beautiful gift and wishing her a happy birthday.
